So the new website design is coming out for DA and I just have a feeling that this might be it for this website. Just a gut feeling. I also don't like change so I'm gonna take my crap and go 
But I do want to ask where do you guys all hang out other than DA? I just joined art station..but I feel like its not for me.. any recommendations? I wish to keep in touch with all of you!

Its been a while since I submitted a journal again LOL
Its been a VERY VERY crazy few months and adding this COVID Stuff is just making it more crazy.
Firstly back in October my Nannie passed away unexpectedly, had to make a trip out to Newfoundland to say my goodbyes. It was tough, but there was a silver lining, I got to meet the rest of my extended my family.
Then in November we got bedbugs (so F*cking gross) and went through just a stupid amount of back and forth with our building managers. I already didn't like our apartment building anyway but living where I live its very difficult to find a new place to live that will allow pets. Anyway after a lot of searching we finally got a new place and we are much happier! We finished moving in last weekend!
In December we went to Dominican with my Family and Tyler and I got engaged! So thats definitely a positive! No date is set yet cause I want to pay off my student loan first lol.
Then I got really sick right after we returned back to Canada for 3 weeks, my doctor thought I had pneumonia but I didnt? But it ended up going away thankfully.
In February I got a call at 1 am that my Dad had a heart attack. I drove through probably the 2nd worst snow storm in my life to go to see him and support my Mom and my brother. Thankfully he is doing well!
And now all this COVID stuff. I am an essential worker so I am still working, I work at a group home for people with disabilities. So things are still somewhat normal for me. We are not allowed to go out at all so we are stuck inside all day, except for walks while keeping our social distancing. Its tough on them because some of them dont fully understand the situation. But honestly If I wasn't working Id be going crazy. I am thankful that I have my co-workers to talk to and help with my mental health.
I purchased a new laptop.. the desktop Tyler put together for me last year is just painfully slow so I splurged a bit last week lol. I got a gaming laptop and have been keeping busy playing Elder Scrolls Online, which I have never played before. Its lots of fun. Hoping maybe to get chapter 9 actually done..someday lol.
How are things where you are? How are you handling all of this?

So many Ups and Downs

Well this year has had its ups and downs for me personally. Gone on a trip to Belize and Dominican (going again in December!) Got stuck with a $2000 tax bill, lost my grandma very recently, cried about game of thrones season 8 like a billion times lol, made some friends and memories, discovered some things about me... found a band I really like! Just wow!
I've had a lot of self doubt this year with my personality and my physical appearance. Even though Ive gotten in better shape and lost about 30lbs I've been stuck here for a long time. I hired a personal trainer to help me shed the rest of it, and Im working on my lack of confidence. Its getting better on average I'd say Im optimistic! Woooo!
I feel like my life is so busy that I dont get to tend to things I really like, such as my story. I want to change that and I want to get into drawing again. Im kinda stuck on the last chapter I scrapped thats the hump im trying to get over right now. Im going to try to schedule in an hour a day to write and get back to your comments and be more active and supportive. Thing is I dont have a lot to say thats usually my problem.
Anyway thanks for listening
